What if I changed my mind on my stackies colour?

If you would like to change colour within 24 hrs after placing your order, please contact the stackies team via stackies.create@gmail.com. We will do our best to support your request, subject to the stock availability.

Unfortunately, we are not able to support colour change 24 hours after your order is made or when stackies arrived at your doorsteps. But there is always room for a new set of stackies covers in another colour!

I got the wrong Item or have missing items in my order

Do get in touch with the stackies team via email at stackies.create@gmail.com immediately after opening your stackies. We strongly advice you to keep videos and photos of your stackies unboxing too.

I received a defective / damaged / stained product. What do I do?

Don’t forget to check if the zips are working seamlessly too!

If you have just opened your parcel and see any of the following concerns, please let us know via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. The following must be reported within 48 hours of receipt:

1. Damaged products
2. Stained
3. Rips/tears
4. Fabric holes

Email us with the pictures /video of the issue, along with your order confirmation number so that we can help!

What is the exchange procedure?

Should any exchange be granted due to defective / damaged / stained products, we will bear all return shipping costs and arrange courier to pick up the item

The replacement stackies will be shipped out from our warehouse within 7 days upon receiving the return. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will send out the item as soon as it is made available again.

REMINDER !

Please let us know if there is any issues with your stackies within 7 days of arrival. To protect your interest, we strongly advise that you video the unboxing process to avoid any dispute.
